Returns & Exchanges
At Shop Geocaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
